Once your order ships, you will receive:

• Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
• Link to track your package on Delhivery
• Real-time updates on delivery status

You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows delivered but you haven't received it, please:

• Check with neighbors or building management
• Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
• Contact us within 48 hours at support@peptidegene.com

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

• Take photos of the packaging and contents
• Do not discard the packaging
• Contact us immediately at support@peptidegene.com
• We will arrange a replacement or refund

GST and Taxes

All prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) as applicable under Indian tax laws. No additional taxes will be charged at the time of delivery. GST details will be clearly mentioned on your invoice.
